Our team prepares and ships all orders within 24 hours of placement.

The delivery times for our in-stock products may vary depending on the destination. Here's a breakdown:

  • For orders within The Netherlands, you can expect delivery on the next business day, excluding Sundays and holidays.
  • For orders destined for Belgium, France, and Germany, delivery typically takes around 48 hours, excluding Sundays and holidays.
  • If you reside in a location other than the aforementioned countries, the estimated delivery time for in-stock products is within 7 days.
  • Please note that these timeframes are approximate and subject to factors such as courier services and local customs processes. Rest assured, we strive to deliver your order as fast as possible.

We currently ship to most EU countries. If you are located outside of these countries but would like to order our products, please reach out to us. Our team will be happy to assist you and explore possible options for international delivery.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a track and trace code. This code will enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment and stay updated on its status.

Shipping prices are determined based on your shipping location and the size of your order.

While most discount codes and promotions can be applied to your subscription, please note that not all codes are eligible. However, you will automatically receive a 15% discount on your subscription, providing great savings on your regular deliveries. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy offers you the convenience of requesting a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, please ensure that the item remains in its original condition, and in its original packaging. It should be unopened and unused. Additionally, kindly provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number) along with your return request.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be accepted for return. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
